may i ask the DJI staff where it would be possible to order specific spare parts for X5 gimbals ?

I am searching for the pan motor support ( upper) and main ribbon cable. A customer made let's say a too low flight over a small grass bump (lol ) the pan motor broke at the upper support area and did cut the ribbon. Except this, everything else is fine.
