After I finished updating to the latest and greatest my inspire pro beep DDD then disappeared.

Sorry for your loss R and L.... maybe next time anchor inspire to the leg of the table. It is well documented how they get so twitchy and excitable after an update, a bit like trying to keep a wild horse in a holding pen!

For the Camera ED, 1.9 will only be for the Inspire Pro models  . Correct me please if I am mistake ...

Donnie - DJI Go app still does not reflect 1.9, it still shows 1.8+ after a few days and being on the internet etc...Not sure why, at least it was successful. The same Inspire Pro seems to always indicate lack of transmission even when the RC is 1 ft away. Go figure after spending $4K+.

On your I pad , does it allow for auto updating ? Go to "settings"  on your i-pad and  open the "I tunes and  app settings" , make sure that under "Automatic Downloads " that the  "Updates " tab is enabled.

....updates are enabled, in the the tab I made login in the dji page, I have left the transmitter, the aircraft and DjiGo on for a long time, nothing, it continues to show +.
Everything works correctly but this validation and + seems really pointless, frustrating and can cause misunderstandings and errors.
It does not make sense.

The + sign I believe is only that it has not synched with DJI servers, indicating the version is higher then (in this case 1.8.01.00).
The "automatic updates" has nothing to do with this, it is simply allowing the GoApp to update automatically, and has caused many pilots grief by updating the app without their knowledge.
Rebooting of  the iPad is not necessary, it is however good practise since it will clear some memory.

Why not give some input on what will solve the problem then ?  ( Mine is at 1.9 and I have offered my settings and procedures as  an example ) You seem to know what will not work , therefore tell us what does......

As I wrote, it needs to connect and update to DJI servers. Nothing you or I can do, this might not be resolved until next update.
Important part is, as long as the text file shows success after fw update you are good to go.

The challenge I have with that is why does it work for me and not others ?   

Therefore I give suggestions as to what my settings are and what MIGHT work for others , You on the other hand just dismiss my ideas without coming up with any solutions .


Most pilots wonder why donnie's is working and not mine , and they are not satisfied with, "Wait till, the next update " So with some trial and error you can find a solution, I have fixed Multiple forum members aircraft with this approach.    How bout you ?

I made also many re-boots.
...I repeat on this point, it is frustrating and can cause misunderstandings and errors.
It has not any sense.
I think Dji should give a solution without waiting for the next update.

Not sure why you are so intent on getting a solution that you can't provide, it rests with DJI. Even if your intentions to help others is admirable I don't think you can, in this case.

As a footnote, mine also shows 1.9 .

Well I sure as hell ...

Best advice I think you can give right now,  is to ensure users that as long as the text file hows "Success" after firmware update, the Inspire is indeed on the correct firmware. If the app shows + and the update is good, there is nothing to worry about.

...I have reinstalled DjiGo app and the correct number of firmware is appeared...I hope that Dji will not use this kind of validation again.
