Hi I have had problems with my P3standard
And I contacted Dji support online
I gave them as much information about my problems as I could
They had no hesitation in sending a courier to pick up my aircraft and gave me a case number
It's a long story after that but the end result is all of my problems have been resolved
Remember that Dji's staff are people and really do want you to be satisfied and happy with your Dji equipment
So be respectful and try to give accurate information about your problems and try their suggestions (they are the true experts) and if you still have a problem I'm sure they will continue to assist you to resolve your problems
Respect and patience is the most important thing to remember
Asking for help is the correct way
Demanding isn't
