I was try my P3S in follow me mode when no signal flash on the top middle of the DJI Go app. The P3S swung hard to the left and hit a tree branch 8 feet up and then fell thru the branches to the ground. no signs of damage but it still shows no signal. I have turn the battery off and the radio and restarted the DJI app several times. still no signal. HELP please.

Sorry for your crash，wbdunbar. Could the gimbal work well after the crash? I'd suggest you to replug the white pin cable above the camera.Feel free to post a screenshot of this issue here.

That did not work. there is no signal from the quad. The signal went off mid flight while it was in follow me mode. GPS signal was strong for the quad and my smartphone.

No, no information from the quad. Gimbal tilt and stick commands work.

Does it show "Disconnected" (grey status bar) in the live feed?

No, it says " no signal" in a red block and
GPS shows no signal and RSSI shows no signal.
I can fly the P3S on atti mode. gimbal works but no video signal.

Have you tried to replug this cable?

Yeas dear DJI. There is a big problem wit Weak signal transmission. I use IOS and Android with similar problems. By the way, my Phantom 3 Standard was changed by DJI Europe few days ago, still the same problem. Shame on  you DJI, if you cant fix this problem arround the world.

There seems something wrong with the drone's receiver after the crash. Please try to link the RC and drone if this doesn't work, please get in touch with our US tech support and send both of your drone and RC to our service center for diagnosis. Here is the contacting information:

There was a problem " BEFORE THE CRASH "  It was in follow me mode when it made a hard "UNCOMMANDED turn to the left. I saw the DJI GO app show a RED " NO SIGNAL" right when the quad made the turn into the tree.

Yes, both....still the same problem. Handy Sony Xperia Z3, no probs before the update. answer was : send back the drone . I am not willing to send back . I 'm sure this is a firmware problem. Drone has been replaced by new
