Hi Guys:

I've tried running it down to 5% twice so far, and once down to 3%, then full recharge.  I am still getting the warning.  19 charges on this battery.  Can anyone offer a remedy?  It charges to 100%, but I don't want a sudden battery drop!!!

Thanks!

Adam

This happens sometimes. To get rid of the message, you need to run the battery down until it switches off by itself. Then wait about 15 min before charging it to 100%.

The discharge message should then disappear.

Its a fairly new battery and you seem careful. Not to worry about discharging suddenly. That happens when you fly with a battery is partially discharged over ~> 1 day. It is compounded by high drain activities. I've logged 450 flights and 1500+ km and the sudden discharge has happened only twice, both under those conditions. Fears about the battery discharging are largely over-emphasised on this forum.

Happy flying
