Hello, I just received the P3A today, and I can’t seem to be able to see the drone in the GO app. I have tried reinstalling the app, using different devices and different cables, all to no avail. Everything is connected, but the app says “How to connect.”
I'm having that EXACT same problem. I just received my drone back from repair and they did not sync the remote to the drone. I tried EVERYTHING and it still said "Disconnected", so as a last resort I tried uninstalling the DJI Go app and reinstalling it. Now I cannot get past the initial screen and get to the "Camera" screen. I'm thinking I may have to return this again for service. Very frustrating. These should come back from repair paired together.
