Hi, not sure if this might have been posted before but I have noticed that my videeo recordings show faint horizontal interferance lines across the whole screen during any section where I have moved the camera up or down during flight...I am on the latest firmware for RC and Phantom and I don`t think it occurred prior to the last update.....have I missed recalibrating something?........I think I went through everything...thanks for any feedback.
Hello worleyles, what kind of drone do you use? If the original video files also have that "lines", it would be better to post a dropbox link of one original video here.
Thanks.....Phantom 4 and yes it is the original video files as recorded by the Phantom directly onto the sd card. I will upload an example and will post link as soon as......
Do the lines only show up as it's moving then when it's fully up or down the lines stop?
If so it may be some kind of gimbal motor interference. Does it do it when it's not flying and you move the camera? If you do not move the camera and rotate the aircraft left or right it does not do it?
As paladin said, please post a quick clip so we can better understand.
Hi DJI- Ken....I`ve looked at a clip again and the interference is just when the gimbal is moving up or down, the video goes momentarily fuzzy.. sort of in lines. I don`t think it occurs when rotating the craft....will double check and will post an example....
Thanks Rotareneg......just looked up what that means and I guess you could be right......it is probably when I tilt fairly fast.......I haven`t noticed it before (..on previous firmware)...but will double check....
I also get artifacts when raising or lowering the gimbal in 4K mode. (But not in lesser resolutions). If it's simply caused by rapid motion, there should be similar artifacts when yawing rapidly.. Why does vertical movement cause this, but not horizontal?
