So is a pilot license required for hobby drone flyers?  Under the new rules?  I'm so confused   thanks for any help

Part 107 covers COMMERCIAL use of UAS under 55#. Hobby/Recreational use of UAS under 55# ia still under "Local Community Standards".  So there is no change for Hobby use.
