SkyTubeLive offers an app allowing live streaming from your android device and P3/P4/Inspire drone to our site, www.skytubelive.com.  We'll be adding an iOS version soon, as well as a professional version of the app that will allow you to stream to sites other than our own.  We'll be doing extensive demos this week, Wed-Fri, at times to be announced later.  Our demos are usually roughly an hour in length (we can live stream through a battery change, with just a brief hiccup while the batteries are being swapped), and most likely late morning to early afternoon Eastern US time.  If you would like to receive notification about the specific time, please contact us via our webpage, www.skytubelive.com, and follow us on twitter, @skytubelive.  Also, if you're interested in being a beta tester for the app, please contact us as well!

So... Why would people not use Facebook Live or Youtube live?

Hi!  Great question!  First, SkyTubeLive is a site made by and for pilots.  Videos are clearly organized by location, which is the natural way to want to search and find them.  Second, we've had lots of feedback that the reliability of these other options is not the greatest, so we're offering another option.  Finally, our professional version will allow users to live stream to any web site they choose, allowing pilots to stream to their own site if that makes the most sense for them.  This is possible due to the expertise of our developers in working with the live stream provided from the drone.  Please check us out and give your own feedback and ask any other questions you may have!  Thanks!

And if those reasons aren't enough, how about this--you can make money from your drone flight.  We help encourage and enable viewers who enjoy videos to make monetary payments while they're watching, and the bulk of the money goes to you, the drone pilot.
