Hi everyone,




Just came back from a few remote locations in Thailand where we chartered a boat for 3 days to shoot some gorgeous stock footage of the region. Below is a short 2 minute video that summarises the journey. I honestly never thought I would be able to capture commercial grade stock footage with a Phantom 4, but everything in this video was shot with the P4. Still blown away by how DJI is raising the bar to new heights at each product release. Great job guys !

Sorry for the delay in responding. No filters were used. Straight out of the box, however, I always manually adjust the camera settings based on lighting conditions.

Thanks for the kind words. Grading was done in Final Cut Pro X, no LUTs were used. Cheers.

Hi there and thanks for the note. The video was shot in 4K. You should be able to view it in 4K if you are looking at it from a computer. Vimeo news allows 4K content to be streamed. The details in 4K are quite imporessive. Have a nice day.

Based on the movement of the camera I can affirm that is not a Phantom.

Thanks for the note. I take your comment as a compliment because believe it or not, everything was shot with the Phantom 4 and nothing else. The smooth camera movement you are seeing is a due to a combination of slow manual yaw and camera tilt used in combination with intelligent flight modes (POI and/or course lock). That allowed me to get Inspire like camera movement.

Having said this, it was much more complicated to shoot this with the Phantom compared to the Inspire. Several of these shots I needed to take 3-4 times. But having 7 batteries has its advantages -)

If you still don't believe me, I can provide the original RAW footage as proof.
