Just got a nice little $25 surprise on my phone bill. I assumed the customer service number would be free since pretty much every customer service number is a toll free number.

toll free numbers are usually 800, 855 numbers.
US DJI support is 818 which is a regular number, sorry for the confusion.

I could understand for $50 drones.....but not a $1000 purchase.

So if you have a defective product, you have to pay to get help?    That's not forgivable imo.

Yea I was surprised by this too. Please get a toll free number, expecially for us outside of the us, u have to use magic jack or some free internet phone and can barely ever hear the other person. Pleaese get a toll free number! Even tiny little companies have a toll free number

I can say that the support page offers live technical assistance for worldwide users.

Could DJI have a back door deal with phone companies? No other reason not to have a toll free number. Something is fishy. DJI sells their drones world wide and is a multi million dollar company. Simply unacceptable.

I called that number 3 times for the inquiry of dji care refresh service. Never doubted it was CA area number. Terrible.

I had to call because I could not request mavic 2 repair request through online in Canada. Only phone call. Terrible.
