Why Osmo has no Timecode??
It's a big issue for editing off-line project. When you relink the material it's a mess because of lacking of timecode.
I think that Osmo with the x5 optic (or even with x3) it's not just for amateur, BUT with no timecode it will remain a non-professional object.
I'm sure that it should not be a big problem to put this in the next firmware. I hope, at least

To implement time-code would require hardware additions to the Osmo and probably increase the price by several hundred dollars -- and all for a facility that ninety-nine out of a hundred people would never use.

If you need time-code, you can have it today -- just use a Tentaclesync box. I find that they work well with the Osmo (X3), for either sync-sound or multi-cam work.
