Hi,
I have two issues, I will be grateful for your quick reply because one of the problems effectively grounded my platform.

#1 - problem affects s900 platform with A2 and Z15-A7

When I move gimbal on the tilt axis, I see that it also moves the axis pan and roll (as a result, picture 'floats'):



#2 - problem affects s900 platform with A2 and Z15-A7 and f550 platform with NAZA and H3-4D

Z15-A7 does not maintain a horizon line, it tilts to the right or left, then centered the camera and again descends to left or right.
In H4-3D the horizon line is lost but only tilts to the left by a few degrees, and remains in this position.

Just to clarify, did you notice this after a firmware update, long term storage or a hard landing? For the A7, have you tried doing a gimbal auto calibration and a RC calibration? How the H4, have you tried performing an IMU and X1 calibration in that order?

Z15-a7 have a month, never scored a hard landing, I transport it in a special transport case with fillers. It was unused for about a week after which noticed this problem. I also noted that after power on, gimbal doing the test in all axis but, sometimes only 50% of the axis tilt and pan was 'check'.
You mean the auto calibration in gimbal, which starts immediately after power on?
Is there any option to run additional calibration in Z15?
Calibration RC? -end-pions was set, the channels was set, mixers switched off.

In H4 I made a calibration X1 in NAZA assistant, tomorrow I check results.
Advanced Calibration IMU can not perform message pops up:

But the indication IMU are probably OK:

If an IMU calibration is not resolving the issue, then there the gimbal is most likely unbalanced. It may require for the unit to be sent to our Europe Support team for a RMA. Just to make sure, however, which model of the Sony A7 camera are you using and with what lens? Please be advised that it would be best to select the "Reply" button prior to making a response, so that the person you're responding to receives a notification as well.

IMU calibration has not helped gimbal back to the vendor.

Based on that infomation, a RMA would be needed. To clarify, you did return the gimbal to the vendor?
