Trying to connect iphone with osmo. Logged in with my login, I am ending up on a screen that sais: "confirm your account". But there is no button to do so. I can only change the login. If I do that, it doesn't help, I am ending up on the same page. How can I connect my iPhone to the osmo please?

Hi, I think it means going to your email to confirm the account.

When you register a DJI account, you need to enter the email. Then go to your email to click the button to confirm.

But my account is registerd. I already activated an a3 with it.

couldn't fix this problem yet. I am runnig DJI Go on an iPhone 4s. Anyone?

I had the same, if not similar issue where I would connect to the camera on my Android device through wifi but the app wouldnt detect it. The way I got around it was to turn off the LTE by going into airplane mode, then reactivating the wifi and connecting only through wifi while the LTE was still deactivated. The app detected the camera right away but if I want to turn the LTE back on, the camera feed get interrupted and frozen. I suspect that there is an issue with running both the wifi and the LTE data at the same time confusing the app, I'm not sure.

Also keep in mind I was using an Android device, the Iphone may work differently. I contacted support about this issue and they confirmed that this is not how the app in intended to work but could not offer any resolution. They basically told me to get a iphone @.@

Hope it works and if anyone else is having this issue to chime in please!

I got answer from tech support: iPhone 4s is outdated. How horrible. I have to buy a new Phone to use Osmo...
