My belief, because the file name is "firmware_plus_v1.3.0g.bin" is that it's only for the Plus.

That's logical.

I can only say for sure that it worked on my 2+ just fine.

does this update of camera need to be applied to the Phantom Vison (NON PLUS) ?.   I am running V1.1 ...

I don't think it's the same camera so if it were me, I won't update.

Two weeks ago I had a Vision (egg camera),  thanks to Amazon return and more $ I now fly a V2+V3

Baseline as many know today is:
Vision = 1.19 works w 1.043  I don't know of 1.048 but other can verify
Vision+ = 1.25 w 1.043 (I fly this now) or 1.3 w 1.048 some fly

and we all still await the "nirvana" load coming to make peace in the DJI world
