I have a Phantom 3 advanced. I sent it in for repairs and DJI returned it without the remote. They sent me a new Phantom 3 4K Wi-Fi remote control. I cannot get them to link. Are they compatible? Or does DJ I need to send me a different remote since they lost my original?   It will do everything up until you push the link button, it will not change from flashing red to green and link at that point. It says searching for frequency, then times out.

Unfortunately the P3 4K RC is not compatible with the P3 Advanced. I would highly recommend contacting the North American Support Center on Tuesday in order to receive the proper RC. For clarification, could you happen to provide your RMA number?
