HELP! I am currently on a road trip and I went to transfer files off of the sd card to my computer but was playing them back first to see what they were like and none of them have audio. I had previewed them before in the DJI GO App editor and they all had sound there but the files don't seem to have any audio now? I saw this problem posted about a year ago but didn't see any solutions for this there! I need to get these files off the SD card to make room for more but I don't want to move them incase that permanently removes the audio.

If anyone can help ASAP it would be greatly appreciated.

My volume is on
In video properties it shows no information for audio on the videos
When viewing the cached videos that are in the DJI GO app on my iphone they have audio

Hi, the cached video on your DJI GO has audio because it uses the mic on the phone. The video in your SD card doesn't have audio because it uses the mic of Osmo. You probably didn't open the mic, it's in the video setting.

You can get the audio track track from the cached video and paste them into the SD card video, with editing software on your PC.
