Last week I realised one on my batteries had a cell deviation of up to 0.06v in one of the cells. I opened a ticket through the web and the day after they sent me all the information for the RMA, sent it back, and they schedulled the pick-up via UPS.

After receiveing the battery they contacted me quickly to inform me that they would send me a new one, which is currently on its way via UPS again.

So, for the moment, very happy with DJI support.
