I know it's a little late but I am looking for the best settings to film fireworks. I didn't think I was going to get permission from the event coordinators so I didn't bother asking until now. I'm looking for the best settings for film. I won't be extremely close to the fireworks but I will be close enough.

On the app it did not look good, so I reverted to video, but actually the stills did not come out too bad! After cropping the image, this is acceptable - from about a mile away. DNG did not do well, had to depend on JPG. Will play with cleaning DNG a bit, see if it helps...
