We have made an announcement last week:
"DJI recommends that you do not attempt flying your Inspire 1 before receiving and attaching the Propeller Locks."
Please check the attachment for details.
Do you have a video of the accident? If yes, please send it to us for better analysis.
Best regards,

I'm having something similar I think. It's hard to know what is happening without an explanation. But two propellers that I have are having a similar issue.
After I attached it to the motor and make sure it's tight, when trying to remove it it will not spin freely. I have to hold the motor and the prop to remove it.
I'm not using them because when I try to attach it again the same thing will happen but now when trying to attach it. So I don't know if it's save to fly with those props.
Any idea of what is causing this? Is that the problem you have?
Ok, I have the same deal and only on a black prop. I do get it really tight and don't do any sudden stops or radical moves. Any ideas? Will the prop lock really even fix the issue?
Pls contact me via email. See your another threads.

I have the same issue on the same motor. I've still been flying with no problems but would like to understand what is going on. I may try to clean the threads with alcohol and see if that helps.
