My inspire remote control refuses to charge? It works with the ac adaptor plugged in. Also works using the battery cable  Any ideas dudes?

Do you get any status LED lights on the remote when it is turned on? If not, I would say the battery is defective or below the volt per cell threshold. Sorry you are having troubles, most likely this will need to be returned for repairs because the internal battery is not a user friendly item.

If it works with external power but not on it's own then possibly the battery needs replacing.
Did it all of a sudden not work, or has the run time been less and less?

If it is only working with the AC charge cable attached the battery has failed.

The controller done it suddenly not slowly over time having less capacity
