I see b&h is selling the inspire aircraft only, if I have the Osmo x3 and a P3p transmitter can I remove the camera from handle and bind the transmitter to my P3P transmitter to get to work?

Unfortunately, No.

The Inspire X3 will work on the OSMO after firmware updates, but the OSMO X3 was not designed to fly and will not work on the Inspire:

No, you can't use the P3p's controller with inspire 1.
You can't use osmo x3 with inspire 1.
FYI, you can use inspire 1's controller with p3p/a and can use inspire 1 x3 with osmo
