Hi Everybody!

I have various Phantom 3 (pro, adv std) and I read a lot of posts trying to solve my problem....

I'd read when DJI was uploading new firmwares for our birds, many people had problems with theirs updates.

Well... With the lastest frmware P3X_FW_V01.09.0060, all my problems appears!!

I did EVERYTHING, and when I say EVERYTHING its EVERYTHING jajaj (Not sendind DJI RMA obviously)

Well... In several post, I noticed a common problem, when an update was failure or corrupt, some internal devices on our bird (mainly on gimbal I think) put in an state like DEVICE NOT DETECTED..... then I think again, and think and think and I asked myself why DJI make firmware that kill devices...but... well... nevermind...

Continuing, I chechk internal hidden logs, and a lot of people have (for example) like this:

Well my question is: WHERE I CAN FOUND A FIRMWARE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?????????? Because this state was generated by a failed upgrade firmware process or simply by the latest firmware in my case...

Every DJI firmware tested finish with an error and this kind of LOG, and also with red light and continue error sound.....

Is there a solution to fix this issue???

And I forgot to say.... all the Phantom were working perfectly before upgrading the firmware... :-(

I am also very disappointed by the DJI team.
The upgrade from 1.5.70 to 1.6.80 ( 3 std) and now I can not fly far away.
Also no support. Very disappointed.

I have the same problem and its very annoying. After the last firmware Ive started to face video lag problem ( 5-6 sec or more video delay on app). Today even with new app update, its still the same. Im getting tired of this thing..

Hello Kuminatano, I'd suggest you to send it in for diagnosis because there is something wrong with image transmission system. You can send an Email to support@dji.com

Waiting.....
After speaking with DJI tech support, we tried several things to remedy this issue, with no success. They issued me an RMA and a UPS shipping label, but I can't send from here (Argentina) to US, 'cause to elevated forwards cost and taxes to export and import then....
I wrote that to US DJI assistant contact by email, I sent all the log's (from my differents PH3) but Im still waiting fo a response..... nothing yet.... I hope they could send me any solution (new firmware o fixer firmware)...

well... I cant believe it....  A problem that had begun with an falided firmware upgrade process... I must send the aircrafts to DJI for repair..... I think, why they dont release a firmware o nay software to fix this.... .. I dont know... sending all my drones (almost 9) outside my country its too expensive.... I dont know.. perhaps I must create a DJI dead PHantom like a museum....

Yep I agree, DJI are going to lose MANY customers over their botched up firmware upgrades. Happens way too often.... why don't they test shit before they release it to the public.... can't be that hard????????????

hello, I'm also going through the same problem with my P3 Adv.
I updated it to the latest firmware and I have no image transmission. I was fucionando perfectly. The DJI asked to send the drone for technical assistance. But I live in Brazil and I will have to ship to the US, it is very expensive dispatch. Something around US $ 450. The DJI need help in another way. I am with my spoiled and stopped drone.

Same here at Argentina,  the only suposed tech repair authorized dji reseller sucks.
