It just means that the app is registering a change in firmware. If you leave the device connected to the internet via WiFi or data, the app will eventually reflect the correct firmware version. You can safely fly the unit as is if everything is up to date.

That customer has an Inspire 1 Pro with the X5 camera. That firmware version is correct for his camera. If you have a X3 then the firmware would be 1.8.100.
