I just received my OSMO.  I activated it. Took some test shots.  But I cannot eject the Micro SD card.  I pushed it in with my fingernail and I can hear the click, but the card would not pop out.  Your suggestion would be most appreciated.

I got out the SD card out  with the tip of the blade in a utility knife. Now the SD card can go in and out as expected.

Hum... Strange. If the spring in the slot was defective, it would keep sucking in your SD card. Not sure why it functions normally after the first incident.

Same problem with me, I'm using the USB to get my information.

Try a broken tooth pick.

I think they may have damaged their ports not knowing it was spring assisted.
