Hello, i have crashed my phantom 4 and i wanted help of technical service from dji, (iknow it was a transmitter mulfanction because my ph4 cant go more than 600 meters away, anyway thats bit the issue) its still flying, there is no problem about it, only a few scractes, but not look nice., They said i should send it to their europe base where located in netherlands by ups. I just want to ask, do you have any idea about how many days this process can take ? Is it good idea to send them or better to buy broken parts from internet and replace own mu own ? What you suggest ?

Searching for 'DJI Europe' found a few, of which This is one.

I sent a broken transmitter for repair . I was returned within a week and DJI paid the postage back .
I was very happy with the quick turnaround

Yes I agree. I got a DOA replacement and turnaround from Dji EU in Netherlands was superbly quick. No complaints.

The turn-around time is about 2 weeks.

OP, I would suggest you send it in for evaluation. The repair center will give you a quote and if you don't like the cost, you can ask them to return it to you at DJI's expense.

Mines been in for repair to replace the camera and gimbal....posted it last Monday (04/07) according to UPS being delivered back to me tomorrow

It took exactly two weeks from sending my P2 back with a faulty motor/ESC to getting it back today. No flights yet but it looks good. And I am delighted that despite having the craft 18 months (though I am a light user) they replaced all the motors/ESC and shell without any charges! And that includes shipping to and from NL..
