I never have problem on FW 1.8 but it shows the GO app needed aircraft update.

From what we have all gathered, 1.9.1.30 only really added NFZ zones.  At first, I didn't think it would be all that helpful.  However, now I get warning messages on the GO App that notify which type of zone I'm in and what it's classified as.  It didn't do that before on 1.8.

Flew the new firmware yesterday at my usual test area this time an advisement to be aware of the unpaved small airstrip a few miles away which I already had contacted in the past,  I like this feature.
In settings I think You can filter out some of the smaller airports and heliports.   
Flew out to 550 meters or so, did an RTH etc. etc.  I didn't find any glitches, RC command problems or Funny flight characteristics whatsoever... She flew great as usual !

Flew with seven batteries (3x47, 4x48) on FW 1.8 in south lake tahoe mostly over the water distance of 2miles without any glitches or issues.
I think I'm keeping the FW 1.8 since my AC flew flawlessly.

I you belive (as I do) that the product maker is interested in selling their product to even more people you should also belive that they tries to improve their product through FW updates.

I am always on the latest FW and SW for my products
