haha Thanks! The drone did sustain a few direct hits and I've got some scorch marks but they are superficial and don't affect the operation at all. I knew I was taking a risk by getting close but with that wide 20mm lens, you have to get close to Everything. I wish the Phantom 5 would have a zoom or a 40mm lens. I did not get commissioned to film the parade- I just did it on my own. This video has landed me a few more done gigs! I was nervous about the fire hoses. The people absolutely love the water from the fire hoses. This is a big tradition here in Lander and it was so hot that day- so the water is very welcome, although it does look like a war zone down there. I even got hit with water while I was flying!
