After install my Hdmi module output, the message is disconnect. Dont work. Any one can Help me?

Got the same Problem. Chanched the Tablet and all was fine....

Do you have a different display device(tablet/TV) to try?

How long is the warranty on the module.  Mine died as well.  I had to remove the cover with the HDMI connector to get it to work on just the USB port.

It's 12 months warranty for the RC.

Aloha H.C,

     Usually, you also have to reinstall the firmware for the RC to read the new HDMI module.  If his USB connection still works (as a test) then all he would have to do is reinstall the RC firmware.

Ok,  but I bought the Hdmi module separately.  About 2 months after I bought the Phantom.  So is the module covered under the original Phantom r/c warranty,  or does it have a separate warranty as it was purchased separately?

I had to upgrade the FW on the RC and also re-install the DJI GO app (iOS) in order to have stable video signal.

They have separate warranties.

I honestly don't know about warranty period for HDMI module. You may have to call or livechat on the online store. I know in China they're covered for three months.

Ok,  likely it is the same here then.  Nothing ever goes in my favor on matters like this.   At least I tried.  Oh well.

If you call 818-235-0789 they can take care of the HDMI module with an RMA if it's less than 3 months old.

I have installed and re-installed my HDMI Module 20 times using two different Modules and continue to have the same issue, When installed, the USB port that I use to connect to my Tablet no longer works I take the HDMI Cover off then the USB Port Works!!...Is the USB Port suppose to be disabled when the HDMI Cover is

No, if the USB port disconnected when mounting the cover on, it might be the module doesn't assemble properly, please refer to the tutorial on 2# and make sure the procedures are correct.

Have you switched it on in the menu?
