Hi.

today I had a problem with my x5 zenmuse and my matrice 600.
after spending four sets of batteries I've put the fifth game and went out to fly mid-flight camera released me no more.
the matrice 600 has no more than 15 hours of flying and I rode all the official servivio.
if this is not a fault been a defective media or if something was wrong mounted from the official service.
DJI know some case like this?
It could drop support because of the vibrations?
I hope you take responsibility in the Sevice.

in 5 flight broke off for no reason.

an had this problem with other users?

It may be due to vibration, but I would need more information. At which connection point did the gimbal fall off? Was it from the gimbal lock connection or did a part of the X Mounting base come off? Do you have a picture showing what parts fell off?

It would help to see a picture. Just to confirm, were you able to lock the gimbal into place? The lock indicator line did line up in the center prior to taking off? Was it hard to lock or was it easy?

Thank you for providing, it may take me a bit to go through it with some technicians. Regarding flight data, could you sync your flight records from the DJI Go app via the Flight Records section of the app? You will see a cloud icon on the top right.

Could you tell me what your DJI Account email is and what day this issue happened? Just to clarify, you did not detach an reattach the gimbal at any point between your multiple flights?

the failure occurred on 12/07/2016.
  I have six consecutive flights that day. 9 last minute flight into the chamber of the aircraft is released.
I bought another camera and I'll just start an investigation myself.
I will make several consecutive flights with a gopro recording directly to a safety lock.
I hope that together we discover the fault.
the seller of Spain treated me very badly.

Thank you, I will let you know what I can find out for you. In the meantime, I would highly recommend starting a Repair Service with our Europe Support team, so that your X5 will be up and running again. Have you already started a RMA with them by any chance?

Of the 6 flights that are present for that day, all of them appear to be complete flight with no errors. I do not see another flight where the camera had come off. Instead of dealing with your seller, I recommend contacting our DJI Europe office directly for a warranty claim. Based on the information provided thus far, I cannot tell for certain whether the issue occured from the X Mount itself or the camera. If the unit was secured properly, the camera would not come off even after multiple flights.

The best course of action would be to email support.eu@dji.com to look into having the X Mount and X5 evaluated by a DJI repair technician to see if there is a quality issue with either components for a warranty claim.
