I have a P3P. About 2 months ago, the prop wrench snapped the first time I used it. I contacted support who sent me to the store who sent me back to support. I got frustrated and sent DJI support an email and never heard back. A month and a half later, I get a package from DJI. Inside is the accessory pack with the prop wrench, four gimbal dampers and plastic connectors. They threw in a metal wrench for the older model phantoms just for good luck.
I don't really need the prop wrench but it is handy sometimes when my hands are sweaty like at this time of year when it is 95 degrees outside.

Still, it was a pleasant surprise and makes me think that someone is listening.
