The new app doesn't work.  Entering camera mode will display properly for a short time, then suddenly close the app!
Update:   The app now stays open after upgrading the camera firmware.

Same issue and the gps status stay at N/A !

Mine wouldn't stay open long enough to view the other functions.  This makes the Phantom VISION! worthless.  I can't find the older working app anywhere.

The only thing I found to fix the problem is a cold reboot of my iPhone....

I went for a fly after it stopped raining tonight, Twenty minuets or so and no problems on my iPhone 5s with the new iOS ap installed.
Still don't know about the new camera software v3.0 or whatever it is but emailed DJI and will probably hear from them by Christmas I suspect!
