When i fly my phantom the camera is not smooth and when flying the dji go app drops connection and just turns off.....plz help

Which Phantom do you have and what device are you using, can you post a video clip of what you are talking about.

Hello allenvann3, please try the devices as Ken posts above and it doesn't hurt to use different usb/lightning cables.

Could you clarify what kind of areas you're flying in? Have you ensured your RC's antennas are set to an optimal position for image transmission? For the camera issue, have you performed an IMU calibration and a gimbal calibration in that order?
