Hi,
So after posting in this forum about my phantom 3 repair,
I have still not heard anything. Regarding this,
After numerous attempts at emails and forum posts, I just keep getting empty promises,
This has been almost a month now and I'm still no further forward,
Could somebody from DJI please look into my case and please assist me with this,
Basically, without going into detail,
My phantom 3 crashed and I sent it for repair, them I was sent an invoice to pay for repairs, which I reluctantly paid,
I feel this should of been covered by warranty, then I get information saying that my logs have not even been checked,
It was repaired and sent back to me at my own cost, I feel though I should be refunded for what I've had to pay,
This is absolutely terrible service on dji's behalf, I can honestly say that I would never buy another DJI product again if this is how they look after their customers,
Can somebody please advise me and keep me up to date, rather than replying once and leaving me in the dark,
I have no idea and I'm getting really fed up now of having to chase this every day,
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Sorry for your experience, Liam. Our tech support has contacted you via Email after the item was shipped. I'll also pass this issue to them and try to get further information. What's more, did you require a data analysis at the very beginning when you got in touch with our tech support before the item was sent in?

Hi paladin, yes I requested diagnostics and analysis from the very start,
Soon as I contacted for support I was told to upload this info and send the details to DJI which I did,
I'm just getting nowhere fast, paid £90/€103 for repair which should of been covered by warranty,
Please keep me up to date paladin, I would very much appreciate it

Your aircraft was only received to our receiving department the Thursday the 14th.
It's in logistics and it will be evaluated next week sometime.

Last week I sent my drone back because an hw error in the firmware update. The rma number is CAS-200241-N7F1G9. I know from ups tracking the drone has been delivered but  I have not received any acknowledgment of the receipt. How long should I have to wait before getting worried my drone is lost somewhere?
Typically how long does it takes the repairing services?

Same situation here, UPS tracking - received on monday, nothing changes in case status.

Hello T-Rex and Shoxer89, it will take some time to register your items to our system before we send an invoice to you. Don't worry if you receive a message from UPS. We'll update the status as soon as your item is registered in our system. Normally the turn-around time is about 2 weeks. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
