Hi,
So after posting in this forum about my phantom 3 repair,
I have still not heard anything. Regarding this,
After numerous attempts at emails and forum posts, I just keep getting empty promises,
This has been almost a month now and I'm still no further forward,
Could somebody from DJI please look into my case and please assist me with this,
Basically, without going into detail,
My phantom 3 crashed and I sent it for repair, them I was sent an invoice to pay for repairs, which I reluctantly paid,
I feel this should of been covered by warranty, then I get information saying that my logs have not even been checked,
It was repaired and sent back to me at my own cost, I feel though I should be refunded for what I've had to pay,
This is absolutely terrible service on dji's behalf, I can honestly say that I would never buy another DJI product again if this is how they look after their customers,
Can somebody please advise me and keep me up to date, rather than replying once and leaving me in the dark,
I have no idea and I'm getting really fed up now of having to chase this every day,
Any help is greatly appreciated,
