P3A - Is there an easy way to get a battery to 100%

For example the battery is at 95% but putting it on the the charger does not work.  

I know I can fly a bit - but is there a better way?

Yes, you can Turn the battery On, just before the charger gets attached.
Just like turning on your drone, with a double power button press.
