Can anyone suggest a good way to power the A3+LB2+X5R for testing standalone without being part of a UAV?

I am working on a project to see if I can utilize an A3 + LB2 to control an X5R gimbal standalone (mounted on a manned helicopter).  Right now I'm using the Osmo but I'd like to get rid of the OSMO and hopefully solve some gimbal roll problems in turns.  Right now, i power my Osmo solution using a DJI Car Charger plugged into my helicopter's 24V power port.   Not sure what the range of power options are for the A3+LB2+X5R when no actual aircraft is being powered and what type of power connection and battery (or better constant power source) i could use to drive everything?
