After the latest update i have issues with the gimbal.. It is not looking at the centre anymore. It look a liitle bit to the left. What should i do?? My dealer does not exchange my one month old phantom4.

I have done 4-5 times gimbal cal. I calibrated the imu in a perfect level surface..

Yes i calibrated in a totally perfect level. And gimbal calibration followed. Its about 1 degree looking at left

Is there anything else you suggest me or should i send it to germany?

He means a video from the camera of the drone, while the drone is in the air. He's asking the video from the SD card of the drone, not the cached video  from your phone/tablet.

So he can assess how severe the tilt is

The horizon is the video is level. At the end of the video, it is recommended to be easy on the sticks, which will make the view better.

Actually there is no visible problem in your video.  

Hi DJI-Paladin, the problem is not the vertical alignment but the horizontal alignement. If you look the camera from the top of the drone you can see that is looking 1 deg left although the position on the RC is centered. It is not easy to see from picture. As I have the same problem, I'll post a picture to se if you can understand as stefk1987 understood perfectly as we have the same problem... Am I worng stefk1987?

Mine has the same issue.  The camera/gimbal was perfectly centered before firmware update, but after firmware update, the camera/gimbal will point slightly to the left.  I thought something was wrong, so I exchanged to a new one, but the second one also did the same after firmware update.  Must be firmware problem??

The twisting method solved my off centered gimbal problem.

there is a way to straighten the camera. is a combination of C2 and right wheel. I never tried it so cant say how well it works. there is a youtube video.
