Hi,

A problem with my osmo and the external battery cable, wich i use with p3 advanced battery ( i got 3 ou Them)

I received the cable last week... I tried itto test it it works

But now i got a problem

When i boot the osmo with it, plugged to one of my p3 battery, it :

Starts to boot
The camera spin
The camera fan start
And then everything stop and the rigt light is red

It last about 10/15s in total

Its the same with any of my 3 phantom battery

The osmo works perfectly with the classical battery

Anything to Help ? ( the osmo have the latest firmware)

I to am having this issue using the battery extender.  Went to a big shoot at a concert today  and I get a solid red - indicating a non-original battery.  (It is original),  Come home and I try other batteries.  Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.  Including the one that didn't work at the concert.

If there is a fix could you please let me know.  And if this is a common issue, as it seems, perhaps it should be a 'sticky' until the issues get sorted out permantly - just a thought for good customer relations.

I'm having the exact same issue. I just picked up the battery extender to use it with my phantom 3 charger. Can you send me the fix?

My two batteries have same problem. Can you send me the fix too? (left : solid green led, right : solid red led >> about 15 seconds later it turned off automatically)

i am another user with this problem, one of your support guys wrote that a new Firmware would fix this issue, but to date there is no new Firmware.

Just leave your email in the comment. Only if you have the battery extender not compatible with Phantom batteries issue. Or the firmware won't do anything.

I too have problems with battery extender. Could you please send me the firmware patch to solve this?

So my battery extender arrived tiday and yes it didn't work.
Tried the reset options as mentioned......nada.

Then took the X3 off and just powered up the handle, light stayed on, attached the camera and gimbal. Worked fine, so that's the workaround until we get a firmware
fix.

Why can you not just post the answer for all? I have the exact same problem but I'm using a power pack instead of a battery for continuous power, please post the solution or email me the answer and I'll post it!

I think he can´t post this into public because its beta firmware what you get from him.
Unfortunately, i couldn´t get my Osmo upgrading to that firmware.
I lost one job because of this issue and there is no more need for that damn adapter to work.
