After reaing some threads it's clear that there is a batch of lightbridge faulty, mine has alreay been exchanged one time, and dji should do something because 1300 euro are 1300 and is not possible that after a month of not being used, closed in aluminium case, the lightbridge stop working.
My case

1- controller and receiver switch on...green light in air unit.
2- remote control works, my drone can spin motor
3- hdmi and ios app not working at all.
4.- sometimes i attach the cable and the usb works, i managed two times to see again video feed and telemetry...when i switch off again the ios app doesn't work for some time
5- opened the doior inspected all solders usb unit seems ok
6- when i plug both units to my pc lightbridge assistant cannot see anything.

it0s clear that the components inside a device of 1300 are cheap as hell, and dji rushged this product. i accept that they won't provide us an official ios app...but i not accept that a device that has used 10 times, always protected like a baby in aluminium case, stop working fully without any damages.
I know if i send dji wil ask me 500 euro or buy a new unit, but considering the multitude of case i suggest we make grouop and stand to dji , asking for a true inspection of logic board batches.

My worry is also to buy a new ground station. and if it falls again?
i expect an aswer official from dji. there are lawyer in any country.

I found a BUG in the lightbridge and I think DJI should find a solution for us, because it played with us for too long.
I have a lot of Lightbridge and they dead one after each other as soon as their battery get discharged after long period where i didn't used them (If you stored it without charging it, you can have the problem also after one month).
As soon as the ground unit battery get fully discharged, the firmware of the device stops to work correctly. You can recharge the battery but, connecting it to the assistant, you will see just one of the 3 firmware component versions, and connecting the device to the smartphone, you will not be able to get connected and receive images.

I wrote that DJI is playing with us, because i returned 2 times my devices to DJI in order to solve this problem, but each time, if  the batteries get discharged, they get broken again.
We need a solution or a workaround because we work with these devices and it is not possible that I need to send to DJI the device each time that i need to work. Moreover I'm quite sure that after the guarantee period, DJI will not longer repair the unit for free. And moreover each time I have to pay the shipment to China and wait for the repair. This is not acceptable.
At least we should pretend a detailed problem description.

I was up until 5 am last night BANGING MY HEAD AGAISNT A WALL, trying to figure it out.

Buy a new Reciever/controller? That’s my option?

As pointed out above there was a LB 1 issue where if it went unused for awhile it died and you had to send it back in...the cost was about $330 US. You don’t say if it’s LB 1 or 2 but there’s several threads on it.

Is exactly the same for me !  Not working at all !   I am a robotics enginner I have already try to measure all in our lab ,  just like that .  From one week to another it doesnt works !
