Follow the instructions to upload your flight record.

Come back and post a link to the report it provides and perhaps someone can help you work out what happened.

Sorry for your crash, jnbgtr. I'd suggest you to sync the flight records via DJI Go app download the DAT files from the drone.Then send these files to our tech support for data analysis.

Sorry for your loss. You said you got errors you've never seen, did anything happen to your drone before? Like you crashed it, or updated the firmware?

He said the drone was gone and he had no idea where it came down - he does not have the drone, it is lost, he cannot download the log files from it.

Have you contacted support yet?
What is you email you use to log into the GO app with.
I can at least review the flight from the data in the app to see if I see anything abnormal.

The flight record saved by the app is your only chance.
Without that no-one has any idea what happened and you will only get guesses, most of which are going to be wrong.

Follow the instructions to upload your flight record.

If you are using an Android phone or tablet, the flight records are in Internal Storage/DJI/dji.pilot/FlightRecord
They are all txt files and the file name includes the date.

Come back and post a link to the report it provides and someone here might be able to analyse it and give you an understanding of the cause of the incident and perhaps point you to a likely area to search for the Phantom.
