I am just as furious as Phil is... Why should I pay to correct a manufacturer problem when I am not under warrenty? It is still their fault, not mine! It happens commonly, they know about the problem and they make money out of it!
How can a software problem or firmware update cause a hardware problem? How is it my fault? |
