It would appear that you have got the Facebook Live section spot on, not tested other updates yet, but for me at least, this is a huge improvement!

Flew Phantom 3 Pro last night as well and the results were much better.

I've signed up for DJI Beta Testing a while ago and have never received anything, I use the Osmo more than the Phantom, please can you advise the best way to go about things?

Glad it works for you.  About the Beta group, I'm in the support team, so I don't know much about it, sorry.

I've been doing a fair bit of testing FB live since the update. Much, much better than it was. Thanks! It's still not as smooth as shooting directly from iPhone but a big improvement. I'll be shooting a live house auction in 24 hours so will report back details.

I've just been doing some more testing and the quality of vision seems to be better if you choose NTSC rather than PAL. I thought it was my imagination at first but it's definitely smoother. I also shot using 720 30fps and 1080 30fps and 1080 also appears to be just slightly smoother as well. Not sure why as I thought FB live specs were 720 30fps max?

I can't get a straight answer.  when going live do you have to use the phone mic jack? when i use the Osmo mic jack sound quits as soon as i go live but records to sd card fine.  meaning that Adio can not be monitored in a Live situation making it really crappy!!  any help?  

Unfortunately, you can't monitor audio when using the Osmo.
