Hey guys. What are the best export setting for both pics and videos, on FB and IG? I have been messing around with different stuff, wondering how everyone exports.

What edit software are you using?
I export in native format and use adobe media encoder YouTube's 4k transcode setting.

lightroom and adobe pro. wondering what dimensions are best to export....for raw pics to jpeg, I don't change any dimensions for IG...for fb I hear to lower it to like 720 or something. not sure. For video for IG I read to export 1290 by 1080, h.264.
