Hello. I'm not sure if this is a problem or osmo should work like this. When i'm pointing X3 little bit up (lets say 45 up) I can't rotate osmo 360. It does a little more then 100 -120 degree rotate. When camera is 'looking' straigt ahed ther is no problem with rotating.

Can any one confirm ?

It has mechanical endpoints, none of the axis on the osmo are 360

Hi, that is an issue. You need to contact support@dji.com and send it in for a repair.

The panning should be up to 320 degrees,  irrespective of the the pitching degrees.

My Osmo does a rotation of 320 degrees in the clockwise direction and almost 1 & a half (360+180)rotations in the anti clockwise direction before it stops
Is it possible my limiters have slipped ?

Might be. Other than that, does your Osmo function normally?   You might want to email support@dji.com and send it in for a repair.

Ok, I just noticed very strange thing. Rotation works perfectly when osmo is NOT connected to dji GO app. Is there some sort of settings that limit's rotation range ? (dji go app android)
