I spoke to on-line help yesterday and they could not answer the question as to when they would be shipped .  I never get an meaninfull answer on anything from them.

Same here, tracking says arrival on Monday.

Well sh**!  Mine has been sitting without a tracking number for 32 hours. No chance of getting my locks before this weekend!
