Is it typical for a ticket to be closed before repair has been done? I have to send in my phantom for repair.I opened a ticket a few days ago. I received an RMA and a shipping label but i havent had the time to send it in yet.Today i received an email saying the ticket has been resolved and will close in 48 hours unless i reply to the email and it will be opened again. Is this normal? Also, i tried replying to the email but the email gets sent back to me "delivery status notification (failure)".What goes?

Hello Fieldstone, the ticket will be closed automatically when our tech support has sent you a shipping label.When you reply to this email, the ticket will be re-opened. What's your ticket number and could you post the screenshot of this error?
