P3 Standard "Battery Error" DJI Go App

Hi There

my dji go app it keeps saying "Battery error" and cannot start the P3 Standard
Batt live is 100% and had 5 flights
i discharged completely the batt and recharged it full -> same problem
i did also the firm update for rc and p3 -> same problem
the lights are working but they are all red after a few sec.
i bought a new batt and i will try with this one if i getting the same error i am not know what to do else
if someone have an idea i will appreciate

Hmm, if you're really lucky you might be able to correct this with a simple fix.  In the Phantom battery compartment, make sure the little push pins on the internal plug move freely and extend the full travel.  Make sure they are clean (a rubber eraser works well for this).  Next, make sure the battery is fully inserted in the battery compartment. (photo shows a P2 series btry, P3 series has 4 pins)

Yes i also think that the 4pins not touching the battery enough
I will disamble the P3 again

Hello gasmax, I'd suggest you to clean up the connectors and make sure the battery has been inserted correctly. Try different batteries if it is convenient.

Hi

i cleaned up everything and also tried with a brand new battery -> same error -> sent battery back to vendor
the only thing what i noticed is that the connector on the body/shell is a bit looking down maybe this is the reason

That's not normal.I'd suggest you to contact support.eu@dji.com and send it in.

Hi there

could solve the problem !
The connector was not in the right position a bit faced down i unscrew and screw it in right position
now everything is ok and works fine

Hello @gasmax i have the same problem with my phantom 3 stamdard i tired everything you listed i even opened the top lid to check if everything was fine, and it was so i still couldnt fix thenproblem and i was hoping if you could tell me what you did exactly and how you solved it , because i dont see any connectors facing in any wrong direction so i dont really know what the problem is. Thank you!
