In my case, yes I did. Twice. The first was a motor replacement and gimbal repair. The second was under warranty and I wasn't told what was done. I can give ya the case numbers if that helps.

You can reply your RMA number to Ken since he has the access to the US service system. Does this issue happen after the first or second repair?

If you had a main controller changed then it's a new system and it will create a new aircraft and that's why you are seeing two logs.

You still have one aircraft main flight log. The 2nd screenshot wit the screwdriver and wrench you can ignore that.

Ken the problem is that all my new flight goes to the one woth the wrench i want all in the same place with the same drone.

I see, only if you have some kind of error should the flight show up in there.
Your saying your flights are showing up there and not in your flight page?

no my main problem is that my drone is creating a new page for all the flight they are not sync back to the one on the first page is the same device and it creates multiples drone in the dji go app as the OP i have the same issue and thats the main problem, and i dont know why now it represents my drone as wrench.

Can you try deleting the app then reinstalling and not syncing for a week or so and see where all your new flights go.

i try it already when i fly the P4 it creates a separate slide for Daniel phanton 4 with the wrench, it sync all the flight but it doesn't sync it on the right drone i think the app thinks these is another one or something

I don't know what the issue is. I'll have the app people look at this thread and hopefully they can find a solution for you.

It looks like you have ten names..  (The dots along the bottom represent each name).  If you swipe the screen left or right with your finger, you'll switch to the next dot.

I only have two names in my records (2 dots).

Okay, the first repair they replaced the following (case#160428WBX-PH9218). They wanted to replace the main board, but i couldn't afford it, called and they offered to solder the capacitor back on and did not replace. Or, thats what i was told.

Phantom 3 adv/pro bottom cover modules

Gimbal Roll Axis Component (Pro/Adv)
Phantom 3 adv/pro main control board module 1 316 316 (REPAIRED NOT FIXED, SOLDERED CAPACITOR BACK)

On the second one, I was not given a list of what was done, but it was done via warranty.  Thats case # 1602268AQ-PH7893

This really does help to better understand why its like this, thank you for investigating and finding out. I'm curious if others also sent for repair or not. And, whats interesting is, since i upgraded my ipad to the latest DJI Go, one of the flights has disappeared. But, it still shows on my Android

I have multiple drone but these one have 3 separate dots it appears the same name but different flight logs on the same drone, that dowsnt happend with my phantom 3 or inspire.

I too have 2 names, 1 drone, had 3 but deleted 2 and 1 came back... drone name isnt same as logg in so I cant get rid of it, it I delte my log in ( first account) might fix it, but then how do I log into forum, lol

My two logs have exactly the same flight records..  One is named jwt873 and the other is JWT873.

I used lower case when I registered the Phantom, so the one with upper case got 'made up' somehow.

I've reported this problem to our developers and now they are working on it. Thank you for your support.

Hey, seems like all is fixed now. I got only one page for my p4 (before had 2) all data get together un 1 page. Nice job.
Ps : I've done nothing...just check it today my data

I have 2 pages...same data on both.....I've used the DJI GO app on my ipad and my iphone, so i just figured thats what the 2 pages are for.  Apparently is not after reading this thread.  I dont really pay any attention to the second profile, but it would be nice to get it fixed.

The second drone page has the name
"Lower_board_version"

Looks like the app didn't talk to the controller right.

Yesterday I put in my second flight battery and I got the message that
"Inconsistend firmware found"?
I couldn't take off. (Well I did t try)

The. I power cycled the copter and all seemed fine.

Hi, some news here...not really  good.I do another fly today and...a new page arrived with the name "phantom4"... or the real name of my P4 is "phantomette"...

Then the altitude record is false, I never go beyond 150m..and it show 191m...

Hi, I've noticed the same thing has happened. I owned a Phantom 3 Standard and the first few flights were fine with the picture of the Standard but then the rest went onto the icon of the wrench tool etc.
I've since been using a Phantom 3 Professional which seems fine but would it be possible that all the entries on the page with the wrench icon could be added to my Phantom 3 Standard entries?
I use the app on ipad or iPhone.

I have exactly the same kind of behaviour with my Phantom 4 with 3 LIPOs.

The same name for two aircrafts which are actually the same unique Phantom 4 i own, the difference is just that one aircraft always shows the flight datas from the same two LIPOs and the other aircraft shows the flight datas from the same other LIPO

Pretty funny behaviour. Can it be some kind of update mismatched or something....

I'm having the same problem today. I've got a phantom 3 standard, and a mavic pro. After today's flight the magic is now showing twice... I tried to delete all logs and re sync but it's still coming back, only after the sync my growth of value has doubled to 60494 anyone know how to fix this?

I have one Mavic pro, never repaired, never replaced, only DJI product I own.
I also have three flight records. I tried a long time ago to delete them but they came back.
I just figured this was another screwy thing after a firmware update that caused the app on iOS to see the mavic as a different device.

Another question, now I'm changing from iOS to android, but I don't see sync flight logs in the DJI go 4 app for android even after signing in. Does android not support this.
Can I move my flight logs over to my android?

Yes the mavic has three batteries, I'm sure it's not that.
Now what I do know it when I set it up I used my phone. But it was winter, so I decided to use the simulator for some flight practice and plugged in a normal USB cable to my full size iPad for a bigger screen to use the simulator.
After a few flights I decided the iPhone 6S was to small, so I decided to buy an iPad mini 2.
Hmmm, three devices, three flight records. So does the devices used have anything to do with this bug?
If I change from controller to wifi will I get a fourth record since the appp will see a wifi MAC address and not a EMEID or what ever the cell hardware ID is?
Just a thought to help you guys figure this out.

So instead of asking had the drone been repaired or replaced, maybe you should also be asking has the phone been repaired, replaced, upgraded, or did you get a new one since people seem to get a new phone every year. So I figured I would install the app on my android phone to see if I get a fourth flight record, but can't seem to since my current three record to my android phone?
