i didn't get a chance to fly 4th of july and i certainly wouldn't get that close. its very cool footage and id love to get some of my own like that, but its dangerous for my drone, and illegal where i am.

Yeah thats what I'm thinking too. once it explodes, it's just colored sparks, should be ok for a small amount of exposure
