Its me again!

Soo I had a problem wiht the newest FW, then I downgraded to WM610_FC550_FW_V01.08.01.00.bin (first it starts a realy bad continuous noise and a RED light) the txt. said: Faile, repeat!

- Okey, I done it and for the seconde time it was succesfull!

Than I start to UPGRADE again (HOLY MOTHER OF JESUS ) and it was the same: (first it starts a realy bad continuous noise and a RED light) the txt. said: Faile, repeat!

- Okey, I did it, I inserted the SDcard and It was okey, no upgrading, the txt. file sad: ABORTED, because the NEW FW was upgraded on the Aircraft (I don't understand how because the process doesn't worked and said FAIL before and how was the upgrade done it itself? )

BUT LETS SAY I don't care I have the new FW AGAAAAAAIN, lest try the Aircraft.

And now I have a seconde PROBLEM DJI !!!!!!!

The video shows the camera signal is realy awful, its unusable! On the SD card the file (captured in 4K 30FPS) is okey, but when I was flying I couldn't see nothing.

PLEASE help me or make a new FW, because I don't have these problems before the NEW FW came out, I'm talkng about this one:  WM610_FC550_FW_V01.09.01.30.bin



SO I have 3 questions:

First: Why I having this GPS SIGNAL OFF all the time?  (Can't be the GPS cable becasue I don't crased with this drone (I hope I won't )

Seconde: Why I had a problem with the FW downgrade and with the update?

Third: Whats the problem with the camera signal? ( I checked the cable what goes in to the iPad and into the RC and it is okey, I will check the manual HD and see if there is someting bad with some of the chanels, but I'm on the AUTO.)

1.In the second pic, there are 18 satellites. GPS signal can be influenced by the environment when flying near obstacles or buildings.In the live feed, is the drone in P-GPS mode with some satellites？
2.I‘d suggest you to format the card and re-upgrade with the latest bin file.Then post the hidden log here and I'll take a look
3.Try to clear the app‘s cache and enable hardware decoding option in General settings. Make sure the interference is weak in the environment.

So I was in P-GPS mode, and I had 19-20 satellites, so its really good to have a week connection. In the video you can see there is NO obstacles near by.

I will format the DS card and I will re-upgrade today.

The hardware decoding is enabled, but where can i clear and what in the app's cache? video cache or the flight routes? I don't want to clear them!

GOOD NEWS:

I re-upgraded the FW, so I have the newest one and there was no problem with the upgrading process BUT

BAD NEWS:

I have the same problem! (No GPS signal 4-5 times/flights AND really weak image signal)

I thought maybe I need to do the : Linking Remote Controller process and I made it and STILL have the problem!

So I relay don't understand what can I do with this problem, because I want to solve it!

When I downgraded to 01.08.01.00.bin I don't had weak image problem, SOOOOOOO the conclusion:

THE NEW FW IS DOESN'T WORK PERFECTLY !

What should I do now?

GOOD NEWS:

Make sure that you clear the video Cach on the ipad, also make sure you are runnig no other apps in the backround, check the camera and Gimbal connection  make sure you have no bent pins, also look at the cable between the Aircraft and the Gimbal  ( Black Cable ) , make sure not crimped.  
Also try another cable from the I pad to the RC transmitter

Also make sure the Go App image Transmission settings is set to auto , make sure the channels are not getting interference.
I would also Delete and reload the  Go app, this is simple , make sure you have the latest update.  

Also try another I pad if you can, the Go app is easy to install and it will help tell where  the problem lays.


You are using an I-PAD correct ?  It looks like one but I want to be sure.  


Keep in Mind the GPS will NOT wqork when you are in ATTI mode ( Manual ).  It will only work in GPS mode   


Have you ever crashed this  aircraft or camera system?

BELOW IS A SAMPLE  (OLD ) SCREEN SHOT : Can you please list  yours in the same manner, go to the "About " page of the Go app and list all of your current versions on the system please

Here is something you can try as well to ensure that everything is communicating properly. Try resetting the RC using the following button combination:

* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

That should ensure that there aren't any issues from the RC side of it.

I wrote down before I don't have this problems, at the WM610_FC550_FW_V01.08.01.00.bin AND I don't have this problem with the WM610_FC550_FW_V01.09.01.10.bin

WHEN I upgraded to WM610_FC550_FW_V01.09.01.30.bin this problems comes out all the time!!!!! In every flight! :/

- So I cleared the video catch on the iPad (but I don't understand why this can cause this type of problem), when I'm flying I always shutting down all the apps, so there are no apps in the backround.
- I checked the black label (camera-gimbal AND Aircraft-gimbal) and there are no physical changes.
- I also tried another cable for the iPad Air and the RC, and I still had the problem.
- The Image Transmission Setting are in AUTO, but nowadays I remarked that there are too much Unstable channels !!!
- I use iPad Air and iPhone6
- I don't crashed my drone (and I hope I will not in the future )
- I know that in ATTI mode there are just VPS and NO GPS signal (I'm not a beginner )

The reason clearing the cache sometimes works is because it takes some of the load off the processor, this way the video does not compete for space if it was full.  It is the same thing with making sure the "Hardware Decode " is enabled, takes some of the load off the processor.

You should also try to fly in a different area, drive 10 miles away and see if you still have problems, it may be just interference.

Re- install go app, and see if it improves.

Does the I phone 6 do the EXACT SAME THING ?  

You may just need to send this in if we cant figure it out, may have been damaged somehow.

Ok also , how are you at 2.8.6 on the Go app ?  are you on some sort of Beta Testing App ?  I think you shouold have version 2.8.4 for the I pad .  This is acoording to the latest Release notes, unless I missed something.

Ok, are you flying an Inspire 1 with X3 camera OR x5 ?  ?  You must have the x5 pro ?


This is critical, what camera do you fly with ?
You are flying with the PRO firmware, this is fine if you have the x5  pro but not any other system

YOU NEED TO TRIPLE CHECK WHAT FIRMWARE YOU HAVE , IF YOU FLY WITH A INSPIRE 1 PRO THEN YOU MUST LOAD THAT FIRMWARE IF YOU HAVE THE

INSPIRE PRO WITH THE X -5RAW, THEN YOU MUST USE THAT FIRMWARE.  

THESE ARE LOACATED VERY CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER AND ON THE SAME  PAGE.

Sorry I have been thinking about your situation for the last hour, I thought you may have loaded the raw FW on you x5 pro .
You dont think you could have put the raw fw on the  aircraft do you ?  That would cause similar problems ....

I don't put the RAW FW on My SD card, never!!!!

yes you would hold all 3 for a few seconds. In addition, you would want to keep holding those buttons when you power the RC back on.

When you hold the buttons down, you should hear a quick chirp from the RC. Keep holding the buttons when you turn the RC off and on again.

I don't get nothing. Not a voice, maybe I can say I just saw when I folded the 3 buttons and turned the RC before the red there was a green light.

Tomorrow I will try to fly with the drone and see if there is a awful image signal on my screen!

I sad when I turned on the RC and it showes RED if the Aircraft is not connected, but when I pushed the 3 buttons and at the same time I turned on the RC it was first green and than red. (THE AIRCRAFT was not turned on)
